Yes. A date hold deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to hold your date and prevent other bookings for that day. If your plans change, we’ll always do our best to work with you and adjust your reservation when availability allows.

Our tent packages include the tent, tables, and chairs as listed. Table linens, tablecloths, and decorations are not included unless specifically noted. If you’re ever unsure what’s included in a package, just ask — we’re happy to help clarify.

Tent packages come with Chairs Tables, and the Tent. All additional items and decoration are not included in price. These items can be added separately.

All tent packages are offered with maximum seating layouts.

• Long table layouts represent the maximum number of people that can sit comfortably under the tent.
• Round table layouts represent the maximum number of round tables that can fit comfortably under the tent.
