Self-pickup orders should be booked instantly online. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll reach out closer to your event date to help schedule a convenient pickup time.

Appointments Required
All pickups and returns are by appointment only. (We operate out of a residential home, so please do not arrive outside your scheduled window and do not knock on the door.)

Note: We’re very flexible with pickup and drop-off times — you can easily switch times. We just need to know in advance.

Minimum Order
$50 minimum rental required

Rush Fee
$20 rush charge for orders placed less than 2 days before the event. (If you're contacting us last minute, we may need to add a $20 rush fee to coordinate you order pick up seamlessly.)

Note: If you book instantly without reading this, that’s okay! We’ll reach out to you and let you know. You’re able to cancel your order with a full refund if you choose not to pay the rush fee. 

Vehicle Needed
Chairs stack neatly, and most vehicles can accommodate 4 six-foot tables and up to 24 chairs. If you’re unsure about fit, just ask. 

Note: We put 4 tables and 24 chairs in the truck and back seat of a ford focus without issue.

After Booking Information:
After you place your order, you’ll receive a text confirming when your order is ready for pickup. You’ll then receive additional pickup instructions to help everything go smoothly.

You may need to self-load, so please make sure you’re capable of loading your own vehicle. If you’re unable to self-load, we’re happy to help — just let us know in advance so we can arrange for someone to be there to assist.

Date Hold Deposit

A date hold deposit is required to reserve your event date.
This deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to hold your date and prevent other bookings for that day.

We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your event date, we’ll always do our best to work with you and move your reservation when availability allows.
