Frequently Asked Questions:
1. WHAT TYPES OF TENTS DO YOU RENT?
We offer high-peak marquee tents and frame tents for weddings, graduations, corporate events, and backyard parties. Sizes range from intimate setups to large tents for 200+ guests.
2. DO YOU RENT TABLES AND CHAIRS?
Yes. We offer round, rectangular, and banquet tables, along with durable white chairs suitable for weddings, graduations, and backyard events.
3. HOW MUCH DO TENT, TABLE, AND CHAIR RENTALS COST?
Pricing depends on tent size, rental duration, delivery distance, and the items selected. Contact us for a custom quote.
4. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT TENT SIZE?
Tell us your guest count, preferred table style (round or banquet), and layout needs. We will recommend the correct tent size and create a custom layout for your space.
5. HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR A TENT?
A 20×20 tent typically requires about 28×28 feet including staking. We may be able to fit tents in tighter spaces—please notify us ahead of time so we can evaluate your space.
6. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY AND SETUP?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and take down all tents. Delivery is scheduled based on our route for the day to keep costs affordable.
Exact-time or exact-date delivery requests are based on availability and require an additional fee.
Pick-up orders are flexible but require a scheduled pick-up time so staff can prepare your items.
Early pickup is often allowed if inventory allows.
Tents, tables, chairs, and photo booths may be delivered 1–2 days early depending on our delivery schedule.
7. HOW FLEXIBLE IS DELIVERY AND PICKUP?
We work to accommodate preferred time windows when possible, but delivery timing depends on our schedule.
Large tents may be delivered 1–2 days early, weather permitting.
8. CAN YOU SET UP ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT?
Grass is preferred for staking. Hard-surface setups may require water barrels or alternative anchoring. Contact us to discuss your location.
9. DO I NEED A PERMIT FOR MY TENT?
Some cities require permits depending on tent size and location. We can help determine if a permit is needed.
10. ARE YOUR TENTS SAFE IN WIND OR RAIN?
Yes. Our tents are secured with professional stakes and designed for typical Michigan weather. For severe conditions, safety guidelines must be followed.
11. DO YOU OFFER TENT LIGHTING?
Yes. We offer simple string-lighting options and can help you choose the best lighting for weddings and evening events.
12. DO YOU PROVIDE WEDDING RENTAL PACKAGES?
Yes. We specialize in backyard weddings, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and DIY photo booths. Layout design is included.
13. DO YOU RENT TENTS FOR CORPORATE EVENTS?
Yes. We provide tents for company picnics, fundraisers, trade shows, and business celebrations.
14. DO YOU OFFER PHOTO BOOTH RENTALS?
Yes. Our DIY photo booths include custom welcome screens, GIF and video modes, instant digital delivery, offline safe mode, and a full event gallery.
15. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL?
Yes. You can personalize your welcome screen, print layout, colors, and messages. Choose photo, GIF, or video modes.
16. WHAT IF MY EVENT HAS NO ELECTRICITY?
The booth can operate outdoors in full daylight without extra lighting.
A WiFi or hotspot connection is recommended, but photos are saved offline and sent automatically when internet returns.
17. WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH TABLE AND CHAIR RENTALS?
Round, banquet, and cocktail tables plus durable white chairs. Linens and chair covers are optional upgrades.
18. WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTALS?
Peak season fills fast. Book 6–12 weeks in advance for guaranteed availability.
19. HOW DO I RESERVE MY RENTALS?
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your date and equipment.
The deposit is non-refundable because we remove the equipment from inventory and hold it exclusively for your event.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event so we can schedule staff, prepare equipment, and finalize delivery.
20. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION AND WEATHER POLICY?
If you cancel before the 30-day final payment deadline, no additional payment is required (deposit is forfeited).
If you cancel within 30 days of your event, all payments are non-refundable because staff, equipment, and delivery resources have already been allocated.
Last-minute bookings:
If you book within 30 days of the event, all payments are final. No refunds are provided if plans change or if the weather is not perfect.
Weather safety policy:
Michigan weather can be unpredictable. We will install your tent as long as it is safe for our team and equipment.
Tents may be unsafe to install if:
– Sustained winds exceed 25 mph
– Forecasted gusts reach 40+ mph
– Severe storms, lightning, or hazardous conditions are present
If setup is unsafe, refunds are not provided, but you may reschedule within 12 months at no additional charge (subject to availability).
21. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED?
Normal wear is expected. Significant damage or missing items may result in repair or replacement charges.
22. CAN I KEEP THE TENT OVERNIGHT?
Yes. Most rentals include overnight use with next-day pickup at no additional charge.
23. HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY YARD BEFORE TENT SETUP?
Turn off sprinkler systems 24 hours before installation.
We submit a MISS DIG request to mark underground utility lines—please keep markings visible.
Have your lawn mowed no later than Wednesday of event week. We often deliver tents Thursday or Friday for weekend events.
Notify us of overhead obstacles such as electrical wires, cable lines, tree branches, or gutters.
Clear the yard of debris, pet waste, toys, and obstacles.
A clear perimeter around the tent is required for staking.
